Mapping Organizational Integrity, and “Leading with Integrity”

In 2004 the UN had an outside consultant conduct an anonymous survey of its organizational integrity. The report is eye-opening in the sense that it confirms clearly that transparency, process, values, reporting etc. are important, but by far the most important thing is the tone at the top: ethical leadership that is setby goodexample, andfrom leadersbeing heldaccountable.

The report submitted to the UN, and several papers on this valuable technique of mapping organizational integrity that has emerged in collaborativeefforts by Professor Sampford in Austrialia and others, are in the data library in the Global folder. (Please register to access.)

The Board Director Training Institute (BDTI) is a "public interest" nonprofit in Japan dedicated to training about directorship, corporate governance, and related management techniques.
