The award-winning firm has the distinction of holding many firsts in their field including, first hedge fund-led management buy-out and first and only hedge fund to defeat a poison pill plan. The Board Director Training Institute (BDTI) is a "public interest" nonprofit in Japan dedicated to training about directorship, corporate governance, and related management techniques.
