Discounts on Public Programs and Seminars

We offer standard director training, company director training, seminars, and other group learning programs on topics related to corporate governance. Lectures by experts and guest speakers, interactive discussion, concrete mini-cases, and Q & A sessions are common features of many of these programs.

• For each corporate member, a 30% discount for up to 10 persons at each group program, and for e-learning
• Discount benefits can be shared with group companies and portfolio companies, after approval by BDTI
• Executive search firms can share discount benefits with director candidates whom they have placed or consider likely to be placed*
• Valid for each year the membership is renewed and annual dues are paid. No upfront fee

Sharing Benefits with Others

Corporate Participating Members can share their discount privileges with others so that they can experience our programs on a trial basis. For instance, corporations may wish to share their training discounts with new outside director candidates, or group subsidiaries; or, fund managers may wish to share discounts with portfolio companies (one time per company).  Similarly, subject to terms pre-agreed with BDTI, executive recruiters can share discounts on our standard full-day programs with quality director candidates introduced by them who have not yet been approved at the AGM.  Corporate Participating Members must notify BDTI in advance and obtain approval.
