Credit card, bank transfer If a payment amount differs from the application amount during credit card settlement, we will refund the difference minus the settlement fee via bank transfer from our institution. Details will be provided separately. |
| Cancellation Policy | In case of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged. ・Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to the event date: 50% of the registration fee ・Cancellation within 3 days prior to the event date or on the day of the event: 100% of the registration fee ・If the applicant is unable to attend the seminar for unavoidable reasons less than 3 weeks prior to the event date, a substitute person may attend the seminar. Please take advantage of the substitute attendance system. In the event of cancellation, a refund will be made after deducting the prescribed handling fee. Please contact us for details. In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters or other similar reasons, the participation fee may not be refunded. |
