We are looking for companies and organizations that support our activities to support the improvement of corporate governance.
There are special benefits such as discounted fees for open seminars and e-learning courses, as well as access to our Director Bank. The discount benefits can also be shared with subsidiaries and portfolio companies. Membership is renewed annually and can be started at any time. We invite you to join and support our efforts to enhance corporate governance in Japan.

Who can use the benefits?
For both general corporate members and special corporate members, the following shall apply, depending on whether the member is a business company or an institutional investor.
Operating Companies: Officers and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates
Institutional Investors: Officers and employees of the Company and investee companies
