Corporate Training
The purpose of the Corporate Governance Code, which requires listed companies to provide training for directors and corporate auditors, is to improve the effectiveness of the Board of Directors. In addition, from the perspective of risk avoidance for the company and its officers themselves, officers should acquire the necessary and sufficient knowledge to make correct management decisions. Subsidiaries are also included in the scope of internal control, so training on governance and internal control is required at the subsidiary level.
Individual corporate training is recommended for those who want to hold it at their desired location and date. It is also possible to hold the event jointly with multiple companies, such as affiliated companies.
