BDTI operates a “Director Bank” on behalf of Corporate users and past participants in our intensive director training programs. Many past participants are successful international executives who have prior board experience.
Individual users will be able to have their career information listed in the BDTI Director Bank after taking one of our intensive one-day programs. Their information will be available to Corporate users.
Steps for Individuals:

Corporate users will be able to conduct focused searches for potential candidates based on desired skills, experience, industry knowledge, and diversity criteria. After unlimited searching, they will be entitled to request a certain number of detailed resumes per year.
