Cancellation Policy<\/td>\nIn case of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
\u30fbCancellation less than 3 weeks prior to the event date: 50% of the registration fee
\u30fbCancellation within 3 days prior to the event date or on the day of the event: 100% of the registration fee
\u30fbIf the applicant is unable to attend the seminar for unavoidable reasons less than 3 weeks prior to the event date, a substitute person may attend the seminar. Please take advantage of the substitute attendance system.
In the event of cancellation, a refund will be made after deducting the prescribed handling fee. Please contact us for details.
