Individual users who have completed BDTI’s open training courses<\/a><\/strong> are eligible to register with the Director Bank.<\/p>\n

If you wish to register your resume, please specify the courses you have completed and attach your latest resume (either in Japanese or English) to an email and send it to info@bdti.or.jp<\/a>. <\/strong>The information in your resume will be disclosed to corporate users who are looking for executive candidates.<\/p>\n

Before sending, you must agree to the \u201cOnline Service Terms of Use<\/a><\/strong>\u201d and the Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/strong> Please be sure to include the following statement in your email. Please note that we cannot accept submissions without this statement.<\/p>\n

BDTI’s Special Corporate Members (hereinafter referred to as \u201cCorporate Users\u201d) may utilize the Executive Bank to search for candidates for directors and auditors not only for their own company, but also for group companies, portfolio companies, or clients (such as in the case of recruitment agencies).
The procedure for Corporate Users to search for and select candidates through the Executive Bank is as follows:<\/p>

(i) Corporate users search and view resumes registered in the executive database to find talent possessing the required skills and experience.<\/p>

(ii) When a corporate user finds a candidate of interest, they may freely and directly contact that individual user to discuss matters such as scheduling an interview.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
